Dr. George Fabre, Jr., co-writer of Think, Collaborate, Decide, Teach: A Guide for Success and The Effect of Peer Mentoring on First-time in College Students’ Academic Progress, was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in South Florida, where he earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. As survivor of divorce, Dr. Fabre is responding to God’s calling to minister to the often overlooked divorced and remarried populations. Tackling this controversial issue is a much needed service to teach the world, through biblical and secular research, that one is still qualified in the sight of God even after divorce. In this work, Dr. Fabre aims to uncover the foundation of divorce, how it affects families, and the role of the church. Additionally, Dr. Fabre seeks to empower readers to rebuild their lives and relationships to rise above the guilt and shame of divorce.
